Butlin's has been creating wonderful holiday memories since 1936. An integral part of this has always been our fantastic entertainment. The Support Stage Manager will help oversee the smooth running of technical entertainment, coordinating the LX/AV/Sound/Stage teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Leading, coordinating, and implementing training for the technical support team in STAGE/AV/LX/AUDIO.
2. Liaising with stage-based performance content to ensure delivery as directed.
3. Supporting visiting artistes and acts on stage and in dressing rooms.
4. Coordinating and managing the daily operation of venues.
5. Ensuring high standards in show delivery and continuous evaluation of technical quality.
6. Maintaining technical specifications and documentation.
7. Collaborating with Stage Managers and Technical teams to create the desired atmosphere for events.
8. Implementing systems for maintenance of technical equipment.
9. Keeping backups of files and show media.
10. Developing a robust cover program for show operations.
11. Planning for team development and succession in all technical fields.
