Job summary

Potters Resorts in Heybridge is seeking an energetic Entertainer to host, sing and engage guests across a vibrant daytime and evening programme. You’ll lead activities from quizzes and bingo to on-stage performances, ensuring each guest feels included and entertained.

You must have experience as an entertainer and singer, thrive under pressure, and work well with a team to deliver a five-star guest experience.

Job description

We're looking for an entertainer who shines in every setting-whether chatting one-on-one with our guests, running a quiz for 20 people, or taking the stage to host and sing for an audience of over 400 on our West End quality stage. • Be the heart of the fun by hosting, singing, and supporting our team in delivering an action-packed daytime programme that keeps our guests entertained and engaged!
• Get involved in hosting various activities, from quizzes to bingo and team events, while delivering our five-star guest experience.
• Create a safe, fun-filled environment by ensuring all activities run smoothly and safely.
• Help drive a culture of excellence, efficiency, and teamwork with attention to detail that ensures every guest has the best time!
• Demonstrate problem-solving skills with the ability to react quickly and efficiently to the daily needs and challenges of running a full and demanding programme. A charismatic and confident performer who thrives on engaging with guests.
• Someone who loves being a supportive team player, creating an atmosphere of positivity and collaboration.
• A proactive problem-solver who stays calm under pressure and adapts quickly to keep the show on the road.

Full-time role, with 40-48 hours per week across 5 days (including weekends).
