Job summary

Potters Resorts - Five Lakes is seeking a passionate Entertainer to host, sing, and energize our daytime and evening programmes for guests of all ages. You will be central to delivering engaging activities and a vibrant guest experience on a West End quality stage.

We value personality, energy and a customer-first mindset. The role is full-time (40–48 hours per week across 5 days, including weekends) at the Maldon area resort, with opportunities for development through our Potters Academy.

Qualifications

• Experience hosting and singing is essential.
• Ability to engage guests in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive problem-solver who stays calm under pressure.
• Friendly, approachable and ready to help guests and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Host, sing and support the team to deliver an action-packed daytime programme.
• Host activities from quizzes to bingo and team events while delivering a five-star guest experience.
• Create a safe, fun-filled environment ensuring activities run smoothly and safely.
• Drive a culture of excellence, efficiency and teamwork with attention to detail.
• Demonstrate quick, effective problem-solving for daily show operations.
