Job summary

Adecco is seeking an experienced Vulnerability Management Service Lead to own and govern end-to-end vulnerability management in a highly regulated enterprise. Based in Preston, this hybrid role offers £70,000–£75,000 per year plus bonus and benefits.

You will lead remediation through internal teams and suppliers, establish metrics and dashboards, and drive risk-based prioritisation across complex technology estates. Prior experience with Qualys, Brinqa and Tenable is essential.

• Qualifications in Vulnerability Management tooling.
• Experience using Qualys.
• Experience using Brinqa.
• Experience using Tenable.
• Eligible for SC Clearance Required.
• Sole British national.

Responsibilities

• Leading the enterprise vulnerability management service and governance framework.
• Driving vulnerability remediation activities through internal teams and third-party suppliers.
• Establishing and maintaining vulnerability reporting, metrics, KPIs and executive dashboards.
• Prioritising vulnerabilities using risk-based methodologies including CVSS, EPSS, KEV, and business criticality.
• Managing exception processes, remediation timelines, and security risk governance; providing assurance across a multi-supplier service environment.
• Presenting vulnerability trends, risk exposure, and remediation performance to senior stakeholders.
• Ensuring audit readiness, evidence management, and compliance alignment.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement, automation, and service maturity enhancement.
