Job summary

Adecco in Inverness is seeking an experienced Vulnerability Management Service Lead to own and govern the end-to-end vulnerability management framework within a security-critical environment. Hybrid working arrangement offered with strong focus on risk-based remediation and executive reporting.

You will lead multi-team collaboration, drive remediation activity with internal and third-party providers, and ensure audit readiness and continuous service maturation.

Qualifications

• Experience leading vulnerability management tooling and governance.
• Ability to prioritise remediations using risk-based methods and KPIs.
• Proven track record presenting risk to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise vulnerability management service and governance framework.
• Drive remediation activities with internal teams and third-party suppliers.
• Establish and maintain vulnerability reporting, metrics and dashboards.
• Prioritise vulnerabilities using CVSS, EPSS, KEV and business criticality.
• Manage exception processes, timelines and security governance.
• Provide assurance across a multi-supplier environment.
• Present vulnerability trends and remediation performance to executives.
• Ensure audit readiness and evidence management.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
