Job summary

Norgine is seeking an experienced Programme Leader to shape and deliver complex, organisation-wide programmes in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to turn strategy into action, driving programme excellence and sustainable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading large-scale programmes or portfolios in a complex, matrix environment.
• Track record of delivering strategic change, business transformation, technology or operational improvement initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management at executive level with influence and accountability.
• Expertise in governance, risk management, budgeting and delivery planning.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving capabilities.
• Passion for developing high-performing teams and driving business success.
