Job summary

Norgine is seeking an experienced programme leader to shape and deliver complex, enterprise-wide programmes. You will work with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to turn strategy into action, driving programme excellence and sustainable outcomes.

This is a 9-month fixed-term contract where you will lead governance, drive performance and champion innovation to improve processes and results across the organisation.
