Job summary

Siemens Energy in the United Kingdom seeks a Head of Enterprise Solutions to lead the business-facing capability that ties SAP S4E, PLM360 and OnePM into a coherent, trusted operating landscape. You will shape the enterprise solutions roadmap, ensure data integrity and governance, and drive adoption across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Projects, Quality, and Finance.

You will lead a team of specialists and partner with global IT and business leaders to deliver measurable business

Qualifications

Master’s degree or equivalent in engineering, IT, manufacturing systems, or business transformation.
Leadership experience in SAP, PLM, enterprise architecture or complex business transformation.
Strong understanding of enterprise platforms, process design, data readiness and governance.
Experience shaping and delivering enterprise systems transformation.
Knowledge of gas turbines desirable.

Responsibilities

Define and lead the SGT enterprise solutions roadmap aligned with business priorities.
Own the integrated landscape across SAP S4E, PLM360 and OnePM with clear design authority.
Create an architecture that connects business functions through trusted data and processes.
Lead platform adoption and readiness for major transformation programs.
Partner with senior stakeholders to shape demand, prioritize delivery and value.
Build a high-performing enterprise solutions team with global standards and local execution.
