Job summary

Mural is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer for the DACH region to act as a trusted technical partner for enterprise customers. You will lead discovery sessions with executive stakeholders, craft best-practice solutions, and guide customers through security, integration, and compliance considerations.

This role requires deep SaaS sales experience, strong judgment, and the ability to operate autonomously while collaborating with teammates worldwide. CET-friendly with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in Solutions/Sales Engineering for enterprise SaaS.
• Fluent German and professional English.
• Comfortable CET hours with occasional travel within EMEA.
• Experience advising on security, privacy, and governance in deployments.
• Ability to translate business goals into scalable Mural solutions.

Responsibilities

• Drive Strategic Engagements as the technical authority for enterprise deals.
• Synthesize regional feedback to inform product roadmap and GTM strategy.
• Guide stakeholders through security, compliance, and integration requirements.
• Partner with Sales/CS to refine discovery and demos for high-value wins.
• Mentor the global SE team and escalate technical inquiries as needed.
