Job summary

GlobalLogic, a Hitachi Group Company, is seeking an Enterprise/ Solution Architect to lead end-to-end architecture for complex enterprise environments within the Financial Services sector. The contract spans 6-12 months with a hybrid model (2 days per week) to commence ASAP and Inside IR35.

The role requires a tech-agnostic mindset, TOGAF familiarity, and strong stakeholder negotiation skills, with Agile delivery and Jira experience being beneficial.

Qualifications

• Strong background as an Enterprise or Solution Architect in complex enterprise environments.
• Tech-agnostic mindset; focus on choosing the right tool for the requirement.
• Experience navigating highly regulated Financial Services environments.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Practical experience in Agile environments; Jira familiarity is beneficial.
• Familiarity with TOGAF or similar enterprise architecture methodologies.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Ownership: design, document, and own complex architectures from inception to delivery.
• Stakeholder Communication: translate technical concepts and align stakeholders to drive buy-in.
• Agile Delivery: work within an Agile framework with product owners and engineering teams.
• Architecture Governance: ensure solutions align with company standards and best practices.
