Job summary

Semrush Consulting Services is seeking a Digital Strategy Consultant to advise enterprise customers in the UK and beyond on transformational SEO and GEO strategies that drive measurable business outcomes.

You will lead structured discovery, develop multi-quarter roadmaps, and help clients embed SEO and GEO into their digital marketing ecosystems while collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to sustain growth across the enterprise segment.

Qualifications

• Lead structured discovery engagements to assess SEO and GEO maturity.
• Design scalable SEO and GEO governance frameworks and operating models.
• Executive facilitation and program leadership with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Grow and align lifecycle strategy across Sales, Customer Success, and Product.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured discovery engagements to assess SEO and GEO maturity, operating models, workflows, and organizational readiness.
• Translate findings into phased, multi-quarter SEO and GEO roadmaps aligned to measurable business outcomes.
• Design scalable governance frameworks and operating models for long-term adoption across Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Content teams.
• Lead executive workshops and briefings to define outcomes and align stakeholders throughout the customer lifecycle.
