Spotify is seeking a Security Engineer to strengthen enterprise security across identity, devices, networks, and AI-powered tools. You will build practical solutions and collaborate with teams across the business to create a secure environment for innovation.

Based in London or Stockholm, the role offers hybrid work with some in-person meetings and flexible work-from-home options. You will apply enterprise security principles to protect our employees and hundreds of millions of users.

Qualifications

• Experience securing a fast-moving technology company.
• Applied enterprise security principles across IAM, SSO, networking.
• Ability to identify risks and implement countermeasures across identity, endpoints, networks and cloud.
• Understanding of AI risks in an enterprise context and mitigations.
• Proactive use of AI tooling to augment security work.

Responsibilities

• Improve enterprise security by identifying risks and implementing solutions.
• Design and build security tools, integrations, and automation.
• Analyze security data to identify gaps and guide improvements.
• Implement security controls across IAM, devices, and cloud services.
• Assess AI tool risks and help develop safeguards.
• Collaborate with IT, infrastructure, and security teams across the org.
• Share expertise to make security practices clear and effective.
