How You’ll Make An Impact

We are seeking an Enterprise Sales Director with strong experience and understanding of the digital marketing industry. Working with the support of the London Epsilon team, you will have access to cutting-edge digital solutions to help win clients. This is a quota-carrying role focused on closing business. You will report to the Senior Vice President of Business Development and collaborate closely with the Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams, as well as key internal stakeholders and external customers.

This is a hybrid role based in London (2-3 days per week in the office).

  • Deliver annual revenue by closing new contracts outside of Publicis Groupe, selling Digital Media & Onsite Optimization solutions to enterprise-level accounts.
  • Focus on consultative selling, developing opportunities, and closing deals.
  • Lead opportunities through all sales stages from prospecting to signing.
  • Experience selling complex platforms to mid-market and enterprise customers.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
Who You Are
  • 5-7+ years of solutions-based sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
  • Robust network of contacts across various verticals such as retail, travel, finance, auto, FMCG.
  • Ability to think quickly, navigate challenges, and engage with senior stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of the Adtech industry, including market trends and customer needs.
  • 2+ years agency experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency with sales tools like Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Navigator.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven sales strategy development.
