The role involves supporting business development by engaging with prospects and clients in the UK to drive sales, identifying new opportunities, and promoting AI and metaverse solutions tailored to client needs.

Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Client Acquisition: Identify and engage prospective clients in industries like hospitality, retail, and education within the UK. Leverage market knowledge to introduce solutions.
  2. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain trust-based relationships, understanding client challenges and objectives, and positioning our solutions as enablers of digital transformation.
  3. Tailored Solutions: Work with clients to provide customized immersive training environments, AI analytics, or virtual experiences.
  4. Market Intelligence: Stay updated on market trends, regulations, and competitors to refine strategies.
  5. Localization: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure offerings meet language, cultural, and regulatory needs.
  6. Networking and Outreach: Attend trade shows and events to generate leads, promote solutions, and raise awareness of AI and metaverse tech.
  7. Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales goals, ensuring smooth transition from deal closure to implementation and ongoing client satisfaction.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Proven sales experience in Immersive, Metaverse, AI, VR/AR, or digital transformation solutions.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Notion, Jira, Trello) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Industry knowledge with experience managing complex projects.
  • Passion for immersive technologies and innovative client solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, and handle tasks professionally with urgency.
