The candidate will support business development initiatives by engaging with prospects and clients in the UK to drive sales, contributing to the company’s growth. The role involves identifying new opportunities and promoting AI and metaverse solutions tailored to client needs.

Role and Responsibilities

  1. Client Acquisition: Identify and engage prospective clients in industries such as hospitality, retail, and education within the UK. Use market knowledge to introduce the company’s solutions.
  2. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, understanding their challenges and objectives, and positioning our solutions as enablers of digital transformation.
  3. Tailored Solutions: Work with clients to provide customized solutions, including immersive training, AI analytics, or virtual experiences.
  4. Market Intelligence: Stay updated on trends, regulations, and competition to refine strategies and capitalize on opportunities.
  5. Localization of Offerings: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure offerings meet language, cultural, and regulatory needs.
  6. Networking and Outreach: Attend trade shows, conferences, and events to generate leads and promote solutions.
  7. Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets, ensure smooth transition from deal to implementation, and maintain client satisfaction.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Proven sales experience in immersive, metaverse, AI, VR/AR, or digital transformation solutions.
  • Software Skills: Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Notion, Jira, Trello) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience managing complex projects in relevant industries.
  • Passion for Immersive Technology: Enthusiasm for immersive tech and innovative client solutions.
  • Communication & Urgency: Excellent communication skills, ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, and handle tasks professionally.
