The role involves supporting business development in the UK by engaging prospects and clients to drive sales, identify new opportunities, and promote AI and metaverse solutions tailored to client needs.

Role and Responsibilities

  1. Client Acquisition: Identify and engage prospective clients in industries such as hospitality, retail, and education within the UK, introducing the company's solutions.
  2. Relationship Building: Develop trust-based relationships with clients, understanding their challenges and objectives, and positioning immersive solutions as enablers of digital transformation.
  3. Tailored Solutions: Collaborate with clients to provide customized immersive training environments, AI analytics, or virtual experiences.
  4. Market Intelligence: Stay informed on market trends, regulations, and competitors to refine strategies.
  5. Localization of Offerings: Work with internal teams to ensure solutions meet language, cultural, and regulatory needs.
  6. Networking and Outreach: Attend trade shows, conferences, and events to generate leads and promote AI and metaverse technologies.
  7. Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets, ensuring smooth transitions from deal closure to implementation and maintaining client satisfaction.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Proven sales experience in immersive technologies, AI, VR/AR, or digital transformation solutions.
  • Software Skills: Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience managing complex projects in relevant industries.
  • Passion for immersive technology and innovative solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, and handle tasks professionally with urgency.
