B2e Consulting is seeking a consultant to support a leading public sector client in assessing organisational and enterprise readiness for products and services, focusing on adoption, people, processes and operational outcomes.

Your role will involve identifying readiness gaps, dependencies and actions, and working with teams to prioritise next steps for successful service adoption and ongoing performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in business readiness, operational readiness or service adoption.
• Understanding of organisational impact of products and services.
• Experience assessing people, process and operational dependencies.
• Ability to consider readiness beyond technical implementation.

Responsabilités

• Assess organisational and operational readiness for products and services.
• Identify impacts on people, processes and existing ways of working.
• Evaluate readiness gaps, dependencies and adoption requirements.
• Define practical actions to support service adoption and operation.
• Work with relevant teams to agree readiness priorities and next steps.
