Job summary

You will be the primary contact for enterprise clients, applying best-practice planning and management to guarantee successful outcomes. You will lead the full project lifecycle, manage risks and budgets, and work with sales and pre-sales to drive growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in project management or consultancy.
• PM certification or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in Payments, Cash Management or FinTech environments.
• Knowledge of AP, AR and treasury processes.
• Proven track record managing high-value projects and stakeholders.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Responsible, energetic and positive attitude.
• Strong relationship-building with colleagues and customers.
• Calm under pressure with commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead successful delivery of customer projects within objectives, timelines, budgets and quality.
• Manage full project lifecycle from initiation to handover.
• Build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders and internal teams.
• Provide project leadership, governance and risk/issue/change management.
• Ensure planning, reporting and communication with clear progress visibility.
• Drive customer success by aligning solutions to business needs.
• Manage project financial performance including forecasting and budgets.
• Support growth through collaboration with sales and pre-sales.
• Promote project management best practices and knowledge sharing.
• Maintain understanding of company solutions and industry trends.
• Act as primary delivery contact and SME for projects.
