Job summary

Global Payments seeks a Director, Enterprise Sales Process to lead transformation of enterprise onboarding and revenue operations in London. You will design the future-state operating model, govern data, and drive a faster, simpler customer journey across onboarding and expansion initiatives.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in enterprise sales process or commercial operations transformation.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms to improve workflow, data and reporting.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and executive storytelling to drive governance and momentum.

Responsibilities

• Own the Enterprise sales and boarding transformation agenda and future-state operating model.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of analysts and drive prioritised improvements.
• Improve Salesforce adoption, data quality, and visibility to enable predictable onboarding outcomes.
• Establish governance and senior relationships to align regions and functions around scalable improvements.
