Mercor is seeking an IT Services & Consulting Expert for remote engagement. The role centers on leading enterprise consulting work with Fortune 500 clients, shaping SOWs, governance, and delivery, while coordinating with top-tier stakeholders and platforms.

You will craft delivery scenarios, manage complex procurement cycles, and leverage tools like Jira/Confluence, ServiceNow, SAP, and Salesforce to drive transformation programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT consulting, systems integration or managed services at Fortune 500 firms.
• Direct ownership of F500 client engagements and transformation programs.
• Fluency in enterprise consulting methodologies and delivery tooling.

Responsibilities

• Construct enterprise consulting scenarios spanning $1M+ engagement values, multi-stakeholder steering committees, and SOW/procurement cycles at F500 accounts.
• Build consulting tasks across F500 digital transformation strategy, systems integration, managed services delivery, IT advisory, and change management.
• Develop delivery and engagement scenarios involving Jira/Confluence, ServiceNow, SAP, Salesforce, and PMO platforms in F500 client environments.
• Apply enterprise consulting methodologies (Agile/SAFe delivery, business case development, RACI/governance models) and produce reference engagement plans and executive deliverables.
• Author rubrics that distinguish authentic enterprise consulting judgment from generic framework recall.

Compensation: $70–$80/hour

• Build consulting tasks across F500 digital transformation strategy, systems integration, managed services delivery, IT advisory, and technology change management.
• Develop delivery and engagement scenarios involving tools such as Jira/Confluence, ServiceNow, SAP, Salesforce, and enterprise PMO platforms in F500 client environments.
• Apply enterprise consulting methodologies (Agile/SAFe delivery, business case development, RACI/governance models) and produce reference engagement plans, account strategies, and executive-level deliverables.
• Author rubrics that distinguish authentic enterprise consulting judgment from generic framework recall.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• 5+ years in IT consulting, systems integration, or managed services delivery at a Fortune 500 technology or consulting firm (Accenture, Deloitte, IBM, Capgemini, Cognizant, TCS) or inside an F500 enterprise IT/transformation organization (JPMorgan, UPS, Unilever, Microsoft, PepsiCo).
• Direct ownership of F500 client engagements, F500 delivery programs, or F500 transformation initiatives.
• Fluency in enterprise consulting methodologies and delivery tooling, plus understanding of how F500 budgets, procurement, and legal/SOW review actually work.

Preferred

• Prior rubric, consulting-enablement curriculum, or training-content authorship.
