Job summary

Tria is seeking a Principal Identity & Access Lead in the UK to shape and deliver enterprise IAM strategy. The role will work with the CISO and senior stakeholders to design, implement and continuously enhance IAM and PAM capabilities protecting critical systems and data.

The position is Milton Keynes-based with 2 days on site, offering a 75,000–85,000 GBP salary plus a 15% bonus. Occasional travel to London may be required as part of the transformation programme.

Qualifications

• Extensive IAM and PAM experience with enterprise scope.
• Proven ability to lead IAM teams and engage C-level stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with SailPoint, CyberArk or Delinea and similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the enterprise IAM vision, roadmap and strategy.
• Lead selection, deployment and optimisation of IAM/PAM solutions.
• Champion identity governance across the organisation.
• Design and operate IAM and PAM controls protecting critical assets.
• Drive least-privilege and governance through strong frameworks.
• Deliver reporting and executive briefings on IAM risk and maturity.
• Lead a team of IAM Analysts.
