Job summary

Inspired Thinking Group (ITG) Limited is seeking a Digital Account Manager to oversee enterprise‑level projects for a major automotive client. You will act as the liaison between ITG and the client, managing requirements, budgets and delivery across multiple cross‑channel initiatives.

Reporting to an Account Director, you will lead client relationships, coordinate with delivery teams and advise on digital solutions while driving profitability and growth for retained and non‑retained work.

Qualifications

• Experience as Digital Account Manager in a marketing agency, client‑side marketing department, or IT/software provider.
• Experience managing web projects, ideally within an Agile environment.
• Excellent client‑facing, presentation and communication skills.
• Strong written, verbal and numerical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to multiple client projects and contacts with autonomy.
• Translate client requirements into delivery plans and coordinate with technical leads.
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to client expectations.
• Produce detailed reporting, status updates and client presentations.
