Job summary

Inspired Thinking Group (ITG) is seeking a Digital Account Manager to oversee enterprise‑level projects for a major automotive brand. You will manage client relationships, capture requirements, and guide delivery across cross‑channel initiatives.

You’ll lead multiple projects with autonomy, coordinate with delivery teams, and ensure timeliness and budget adherence while advising on digital solutions and integrations. A strong client‑facing mindset and agile experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as Digital Account Manager in a marketing agency, client-side marketing dept, or IT/software provider.
• Experience managing web projects, ideally in an Agile environment.
• Excellent client-facing, presentation and communication skills.
• Strong written, verbal and numerical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to multiple client contacts and projects with autonomy.
• Capture initial client requirements and feed into delivery teams.
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to expectations.
• Raise risks and implications during cadence meetings.
• Maintain alignment with internal delivery teams for reporting on sprint progress.
• Advise clients on technical solutions and third‑party integrations.
• Produce detailed reporting, statements of work, and KPIs for clients.
• Identify new business opportunities across retained and non-retained work.
