Job summary

Vega is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead end-to-end client deliveries from London, with 4 days per week in-office. You will bridge enterprise clients with Vega’s product and engineering teams, shaping requirements, coordinating delivery, and driving a market-leading client experience.

Responsibilities include managing relationships, aligning roadmaps, running reviews and discovery workshops, and building scalable engagement playbooks to support adoption and retention.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex technology projects in enterprise contexts.
• Strong interpersonal skills across business, tech and ops stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Start-up / scale-up experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day relationship, requirements shaping, and delivery coordination for a small portfolio of enterprise customers.
• Coordinate check-ins, business reviews, roadmap discussions, discovery workshops.
• Translate customer needs into clear, prioritised work with defined success criteria.
• Work with Product to link customer demand with product direction and balance effort vs impact.
• Build and shape playbooks for engagements at scale with processes and automations to coordinate with engineering.
• Support Growth to drive adoption, expansion opportunities, and customer retention.
• Collaborate with engineering and enterprise stakeholders on integrations and complex requirements.
