Job summary

HelloKindred in the United Kingdom is seeking a Confluence Delivery Lead to oversee delivery of complex business and technology initiatives in a hybrid setup. Lead cross-functional teams, manage delivery roadmaps, ensure on-time delivery within budget and high quality standards.

Qualifications

Experience as Delivery Lead, Programme Delivery Manager, Senior Project Manager, or similar in a large enterprise.
Strong understanding of delivery methodologies incl. Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple projects and workstreams aligning with business objectives.
Develop and maintain delivery plans, roadmaps, milestones, dependencies.
Manage risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies with mitigation.
Coordinate between business, technology, architecture, infrastructure, security and operations.
Provide governance and reporting updates to senior stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to methodologies and best practices.
Monitor performance with KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
Coordinate resource allocation and capacity planning.
Support budget tracking, forecasting and cost control.
Liaise with external vendors and suppliers for contracted services.
Lead steering meetings, workshops, and governance forums.
