Intact Insurance is hiring to shape its modern data landscape by leading a scalable Enterprise Data Platform transformation. This role is based in London or Horsham, with office location three days a week, and supports data-driven decision making across the business.

You will own the data transformation roadmap, drive large-scale initiatives, partner with IT and business teams, and ensure successful adoption through change-management practices.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading data transformation and large-scale data projects.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and enterprise data architecture principles.
• Understanding of data management, compliance frameworks and data governance.
• Experience with data quality frameworks and organisational change management.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and project management skills.
• Familiarity with the insurance domain and the full data value chain.

Aufgaben

• Define and own the organisation’s data transformation roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategy, KPIs, budgets and expected value.
• Lead large-scale data transformation initiatives to deliver modern data solutions, enhance platform capabilities and improve analytics maturity.
• Track and communicate the value of data and AI initiatives, establishing clear measurement frameworks and driving continuous improvement.
• Partner with business, IT and data teams to shape requirements, timelines and deliverables, ensuring solutions meet organisational needs.
• Support successful adoption of the Enterprise Data Platform through effective change-management strategies.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of data transformation projects, ensuring they stay on track, mitigate risks, optimise resources and deliver measurable outcomes.
