Job summary

Falconsmartit in London is seeking Enterprise Data Architects to design and manage enterprise-wide data architecture for Specialty Lines and CRM initiatives starting early 2026.

You will collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable data solutions, define data standards and governance, and mentor junior architects. Strong insurance domain and CRM experience are highly desirable for this role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Enterprise Data Architect or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, database design and data integration.
• Experience with insurance domain or Specialty Lines (SL) and CRM systems is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with data governance frameworks and compliance standards.
• TOGAF/CDMP certifications are a plus
