Job summary

cardfactory is seeking an experienced Senior Data & Analytics Manager to shape the future of data across the business from our Wakefield base. You will lead the enterprise Data & Analytics capability and drive a modern data strategy that enables better decision making and governance.

Joining a hybrid model with 2-3 days in the Wakefield office, you will work with Technology and senior leaders to transform data into trusted insights that support growth and performance across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading enterprise Data & Analytics teams in a large organisation.
• Experience developing data strategies and roadmaps that drive business value.
• Strong understanding of enterprise data platforms and governance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to explain complex data concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of the enterprise Data & Analytics roadmap and platform governance.
• Collaborate with Technology and business leaders to translate data into actionable insights.
• Oversee data modelling, quality, security and self-service analytics.
• Engage senior stakeholders and prioritise demand to maximise business value.
