Job summary

Yü Group Plc seeks a Data Analytics Manager to shape our data strategy and deliver insights across the business. You will lead a small team of analysts, govern data quality, and partner with stakeholders to produce actionable dashboards using PowerBI/Tableau and Snowflake-based warehouses.

You will engage with cross-functional teams, drive data-driven decision making, and mentor associates while reporting to the Head of Data. Leicester-based with flexible remote options.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading analytics teams and delivering data solutions.
• Strong knowledge of data governance, quality, and security practices.
• Experience with data warehouses, dashboards, and stakeholder reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small analytics team with sprint planning and progress reviews.
• Drive data strategy, governance, and policy enforcement with Head of Data.
• Develop advanced analytics to deliver actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business units to deliver dashboards and reports.
• Identify data issues and work with Risk/Compliance to improve processes.
