LA International is seeking an experienced Data & AI Product Owner to lead the vision, strategy, and delivery of AI-powered products and enterprise data platform capabilities in a complex, enterprise setting.

The role combines business, data, and technology, requiring hands-on delivery experience with Databricks-based platforms, data ingestion, CDC, Medallion Architecture, and Lakehouse design. Hybrid collaboration with engineering and analytics teams is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering enterprise-grade Data & AI products in large organisations.
• Proven ability to translate business challenges into scalable AI/data platform solutions.
• Strong track record of leadership in data platform delivery and governance.

Responsabilités

• Define and own vision, strategy, roadmap, and value realization for Data & AI products.
• Partner with stakeholders to prioritise AI, GenAI, analytics, and data platform initiatives.
• Act as trusted advisor translating business needs into data-driven solutions.
• Lead product discovery, business case development, and ROI measurement.
• Define backlogs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release plans.
• Drive delivery of AI use cases including AI agents, RAG, and knowledge assistants.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, AI Engineers, Architects, and Delivery teams.
• Engage senior leadership to influence strategic decisions and governance.
