You will run QBRs, craft high‑level presentations, and collaborate with the internal AI team to incorporate feedback. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in enterprise CS and a proven track record of executive reviews.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in enterprise customer success
• Proven track record of building and delivering executive business reviews
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Run quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and executive business reviews for enterprise accounts
• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows
• Work closely with the internal AI team to incorporate feedback and improve model performance in presentation generation
