You will own the portfolio view of change delivery risk, coordinating risks, mitigations and control actions while providing clear reporting to executives. The role blends delivery with robust risk management in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Significant experience embedding change risk management in portfolios and programmes.
• Proven ability to translate complex risks into actionable insight for senior stakeholders.
• Experience in regulated financial services environment and assurance activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead adoption of enterprise change risk framework across portfolios and projects.
• Own portfolio view of change delivery risk with aggregated reporting for executives.
• Partner with Delivery, Governance, Risk and Audit to drive assurance and continuous improvement.
