Job summary

Computacenter PLC is seeking an experienced 3rd Line Cloud Engineer to join the Cloud Team in a full-time, in-office capacity. You will manage Azure platform services for enterprise customers, ensuring uptime and alignment with SLAs and KPIs.

The role focuses on operational management of Azure environments, with hands-on experience across compute, networking, storage, and security. Candidates should be SC cleared or willing to pursue clearance.

Qualifications

• Experience with Azure cloud environments and services.
• Strong scripting and automation skills (PowerShell or similar).
• Customer-facing role with stakeholder engagement experience.

Responsibilities

• Root cause analysis and issue reporting for cloud services.
• Monitor and optimize Azure environments for performance and security.
• Troubleshoot build, deployment and infra issues.
• Maintain documentation and drive automation initiatives.
