THE ROLE

You will act as a trusted advisor for key customers, helping them maximize value from data. You will interact with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities and translate them into technology solutions, serving as the technical authority and guiding strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor and thought leader for strategic customers
• Provide technical expertise on complex issues
• Triaging customer requirements and assembling expert teams
• Engaging with senior stakeholders to align data platform strategies with business needs

Qualifications

Requirements

• Experience delivering complex data & AI solutions
• Strategic and operational decision-making skills
• Ability to influence and guide others
• Opportunity and issue identification skills
• Willingness to learn and stay updated with latest trends
• Experience in agile environments
• Understanding of data platform methodologies (Kimball, Inmon, Data Vault, Data Mesh, Data Products, Lakehouse)
• Ability to document architectural designs
• Knowledge of enterprise data impact on business processes
• Ability to communicate technical solutions effectively to diverse stakeholders

Technical Skills

• Deep technical experience in at least one of: Azure Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse Analytics, Public Cloud (Azure/AWS)
• Expertise in at least three areas: Data Engineering, Data Modelling, Data Strategy & Governance, Data Visualization, Data Science & AI, DevOps/Cloud Infrastructure, Application Development
• Experience with architectural frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, DAMA) and data management tools (e.g., Purview, Collibra)

Certifications (Optional)

• Databricks Certified Associate/Professional
• Databricks Partner Solution Architect Champion
• Microsoft Azure Certifications in Data Engineering, AI, Solution Architecture
