About the role:

Based in Greater London (Hybrid – one day per month on site):

1. Map the As-Is landscape for the contact centre
2. Create the blueprint for the integrations with the various systems
3. Lead the research/discovery and create the documentation that completes the business case for the Resident Experience Programme.

About you:

You will have the following skillsets or experiences:

1. Extensive knowledge and experience of Contact Centres.
2. Extensive Public Sector / Local Authority experience.
3. As-Is landscaping on a large scale
4. Experience maturing functions.
