Job summary

Arup is seeking an Enterprise Architect to shape and govern the firm’s Digital Technology Strategy, ensuring architectures align with business goals.

You will operate at a strategic level within the Architecture Service, leading significant enterprise-wide programmes and collaborating with stakeholders, engineers and developers.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Computer Science, or similar area.
• Enterprise Architecture & Solution Architecture experience within a consulting business environment.
• Proficient in Enterprise Architecture modelling and diagramming software.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for the delivery of significant and complex enterprise architecture activities or projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, engineers and developers to prepare architectural design documents and artifacts.
• Identify architecture driven improvement to continually improve service quality and reduce costs.
• Provide opportunities to develop skills through challenging, innovative work that promotes growth.

• Working as part of the Architecture team, and Digital Technology as a whole, you will be accountable for the delivery of significant and complex enterprise architecture activities or projects.
• You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, engineers and developers to prepare architectural design documents and other artifacts that achieve design goals at an advanced level.
• Identify architecture driven improvement to continually improve service quality and reduce costs.

Is this role right for you?

• You will have a recognised relevant tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Computer Science, or similar area.
• You will have relevant Enterprise Architecture & Solution Architecture experience within a consulting business environment.
• You will be proficient in Enterprise Architecture modelling and diagramming software

Relevant experience in:

• Architecting solutions (TOGAF a preference) with a focus on business, data, application technology, infrastructure, security, performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Contributing to strategic initiatives.
• Architecture modelling tools, techniques and processes, and an awareness of relevant industry techniques.
• Senior stakeholder management
