Job summary

Arup is seeking a Business Analyst to join a global delivery team, partnering with Delivery Managers, Architects, and project support functions. Reporting to the Head of Delivery, the role supports a portfolio of projects and programmes across the organisation and contributes to Arup's five-year strategy.

You will participate in requirements workshops, stakeholder analysis, and value management, with opportunities to proxy as a product manager and drive improvements across the delivery lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience in business analysis and requirements workshops.
• Ability to conduct stakeholder analysis and value management.
• Familiarity with agile and iterative value creation in user-centred design.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivery of a prioritised portfolio of projects and programmes.
• Engage with Delivery Managers, Architects, and PM teams to support successful outcomes.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge sharing across teams.

Is this role right for you?

• Experienced in working on projects with highly satisfied sponsors and end users, having achieved tangible results and business outcomes, leading to value creation and benefits realisation
• Capable of articulating the value of business analysis when engaging with stakeholders, and calling upon a range of business analysis techniques when eliciting requirements
• Experience working with different delivery methodologies, with a focus on agile and iterative value creation in a user-centred design environment
• Proven track record in software product development, data or automation projects in a cloud-oriented, secure global landscape
• Experience working with diverse teams across several global locations, time zones or cultural backgrounds
