Job summary

Google Cloud is seeking a Customer Engineer, Applied AI, to be the technical authority helping our enterprise customers design, validate, and scale AI agents on Google Cloud. You will lead technical strategy across Applied AI agents, architect solution blueprints, and partner with C-level stakeholders to accelerate the customer journey from discovery to production-ready deployment.

Joining Google Cloud means working with frontier Gemini models and the Vertex AI platform, leveraging deep Google

Qualifications

10+ years in a customer-facing technical role or software engineering with cloud-native architectures
Experience building and deploying Generative AI or Enterprise Search solutions
Proven ability to present architectures to enterprise stakeholders and lead technical discussions

Responsibilities

Design end-to-end architectures for enterprise workloads on Google Cloud
Guide customers in defining reasoning loops, tool/API execution, and retrieval
Architect compliant solutions with security, data residency, and AI safety boundaries
Define blueprints and accelerators for broader adoption and handoff to partner teams
