Job summary

Alpaca is a US-headquartered global leader in brokerage infrastructure, seeking a Project Manager to coordinate enterprise integrations from conception to launch across our brokerage APIs.

You will align technical teams, manage timelines, mitigate risks, and ensure deliverables meet strategic objectives while partnering with product, engineering, compliance, operations, and customer success to onboard partners and navigate KYC/AML and regulatory disclosures.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of enterprise-level project management experience.
• Excellent English communication, both written and spoken.
• Strong problem-solving with attention to detail to deliver high-quality outputs on deadlines.
• Ability to work with customers globally in a FinTech context.
• Experience with collaboration tools such as Slack, JIRA, Confluence, Basecamp and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Alpaca to large enterprise customers in their regions.
• Provide updates to leadership on successes, blockers and solutions.
• Coordinate product timelines with internal teams to roll out features.
• Establish yourself as a subject matter expert on Alpaca API for fintech partners.
• Prioritize partner feature requests and advise on integration items.
• Support onboarding and partner integrations with the success team.
• Create internal and external resources for partners and teams.
