Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and proactive mindset.
• Proficiency in Go or similar backend languages; scalable architectures.
• Excellent communication with global teams and regulators.
• Experience leading incidents as commander and resolving bugs.

Responsibilities

• Design a highly scalable brokerage backend and supporting services.
• Develop and enhance middle- and back-office systems, including microservices and a React-based UI for internal use.
• Collaborate with regional and global teams to support international growth and regulatory requirements.
• Troubleshoot incidents to maintain system reliability and performance.
• Be on-call to assist with urgent engineering projects as needed.
