Job summary

BrainStation is seeking an Enterprise Strategist to partner with global clients on AI-driven transformation. You will guide discovery, shape engagements, and develop roadmaps that enable durable enterprise AI capability.

You will work with C-suite and senior leaders across AI, Product, Marketing, Design, and Data to deliver strategic outcomes. You will help design capabilities, facilitate workshops, and produce high-quality client materials while maintaining a strong consultant discipline and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2–4 years of client-facing experience with enterprise or corporate clients; consulting/strategy/advisory background is a plus.
• Ability to structure complex, ambiguous business problems and communicate a clear point of view.
• Strong communication skills and professional presence with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple engagements concurrently.
• Genuine interest in AI, digital tech, and transforming operating models.
• Willingness to travel globally for client work; hybrid office model.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with C-suite executives and leaders across AI, Product, Marketing, Design and Data.
• Serve as day-to-day client contact through discovery and engagement growth.
• Learn client business models and digital context to identify impactful capabilities.
• Assist discovery, current-state assessments, stakeholder interviews, and maturity analyses.
• Contribute to design of target-state capabilities and change roadmaps.
• Support advisory work on AI-driven product and customer experience changes.
• Facilitate executive workshops and coordinate sessions.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and engagement documentation for senior clients.
• Track AI and digital landscape and contribute to BrainStation's POV.
