Job summary

Teva seeks an AI Technical Lead to own the production-grade AI systems across enterprise data and analytics. You will set engineering direction, lead hands-on delivery on a Microsoft-first stack, and partner with architecture, security, and governance teams to ensure scalable, compliant AI solutions.

The role requires strong hands-on leadership, extensive Azure experience, and a track record delivering GenAI in regulated environments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading and developing large engineering teams in a complex enterprise environment.
• 10+ years in software engineering with hands-on design and delivery of applications and APIs on Microsoft cloud.
• 2+ years delivering complex GenAI and agentic solutions on Microsoft technologies such as Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, RAG, and evaluation workflows.

Responsibilities

• Owns the technical delivery of production-grade AI systems across enterprise data and analytics environments.
• Set engineering direction and provide hands-on leadership to design, build, deploy, and operate AI capabilities on a Microsoft-first stack.
• Review architecture and code, build proofs of concept, troubleshoot complex issues, and guide production hardening.
• Define and enforce engineering standards for AI delivery, including security, privacy, and Responsible AI practices in regulated environments.
