Job summary

Rensora AI is seeking an experienced AI Strategy Consultant to advise enterprise leaders on AI strategy, use-case prioritization, and transformation roadmaps. You will work directly with C-suite executives to develop comprehensive AI adoption strategies and business cases that drive ROI and align with business objectives.

This role sits at the crossroads of business strategy, technology, and organizational change, translating Rensora's capabilities into clear outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in management consulting, technology strategy, or enterprise advisory with AI focus.
• Proven ability to develop and present AI strategies to C-suite & board-level stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with ROI models and business-case justification for tech investments.
• Genuine understanding of AI/ML concepts, feasibility assessment beyond buzzwords.
• Excellent stakeholder management to navigate complex org dynamics and build consensus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct AI readiness assessments for enterprise clients, evaluating data maturity, infrastructure, and strategic alignment.
• Facilitate executive workshops to identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases across functions.
• Build detailed business cases with ROI models, TCO analysis, and value realization timelines for AI initiatives.
• Develop AI transformation roadmaps sequencing initiatives by value, feasibility, and readiness.
• Advise on AI governance, responsible AI practices, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Present findings to C-suite audiences, translating technical complexity into strategic clarity.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align client strategies with platform capabilities.
• Stay current on AI industry trends and enterprise use cases to inform advisory work.
