Job summary

Dynatrace is seeking a Senior Director of Enterprise AI to define, govern, and scale an enterprise AI agenda across the organization, translating rapid tech changes into a durable strategy with multi-year impact.

You will partner with executives to set the roadmap, evaluate vendors and platforms, and build governance, data usage policies, and ROI reporting to demonstrate tangible value across functions.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in enterprise technology, AI/ML, or digital transformation leadership.
• At least 3–5 years in a senior director or equivalent role with portfolio ownership.

Responsibilities

• Define, refine, and operationalize the enterprise AI strategy with measurable business outcomes.
• Mature and own the enterprise AI governance framework and partner on data privacy, risk, and compliance.
• Own portfolio-level AI value realization with ROI reporting and executive-facing metrics.
• Lead AI capability programs, Center of Excellence, and cross-functional alignment.
