Job summary

Haven is establishing a new Enterprise AI capability and seeks a Product Director to lead this function from the ground up. You will shape how Haven harnesses AI to deliver measurable operational value across the business, reporting to the CPTO and guiding PMs and engineers across Pods.

You will own common AI tooling foundations, run intake prioritisation, and champion responsible, high-impact AI adoption at executive level, balancing governance with rapid value delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading Product or Technology teams delivering AI/automation solutions in a commercial environment.
• Strong understanding of AI tools and their practical application in business operations, including generative AI, AI agents, prompt engineering, and retrieval-augmented generation.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Enterprise AI.
• Establish and run the Pod operating model (PMs + Engineers) against demand.
• Own a transparent AI intake process with value scoring and readiness assessments.
• Lead embed-and-hand-back model: build, prove value, then hand to business.
• Deliver AI solutions iteratively within defined effort thresholds (Quick Wins, Standard, Strategic).
• Coordinate with fellow Product Directors to align with broader tech strategy.
• Build AI literacy across the business and enable teams in governance and adoption.
• Manage operating budget and demonstrate ROI through efficiency gains.
