Job summary

Haven is expanding its Enterprise AI capabilities and seeks a Product Director to lead the function from the ground up. You will define strategy, build a Pod-based operating model, and align AI delivery with business outcomes across Operations, Legal, Marketing, Finance, and People.

You will own the intake process, drive value through quick wins to strategic initiatives, and collaborate with senior leaders to embed governance and confidence in AI adoption across Haven.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading Product or Technology teams delivering AI, ML, or automation solutions in a commercial environment.
• Strong understanding of AI tools and their practical application in business operations, including governance and risk considerations.
• An enablement mindset to build confidence and capability in others, with empathy for teams new to AI.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to translate AI concepts for non‑technical audiences and produce concise business cases.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Enterprise AI.
• Establish and run the Pod operating model (PM plus Engineers).
• Own a transparent AI intake process with value-driven scoring.
• Lead the embed-and-hand-back model: build, prove value, then transfer ownership to the business.
• Deliver AI solutions iteratively within defined effort thresholds.
• Coordinate with Product Directors and engineering leads to complement the wider tech strategy.
• Champion AI capability at executive level with governance and risk controls.
• Manage the operating budget and demonstrate measurable return through efficiency gains.
