Accenture is seeking a hands-on AI/LLM Architect in London to design and build enterprise AI systems spanning classic, generative, and agentic AI. You will deliver architecture decisions, reusable components, and concrete software modules for client engagements.

Work includes building AI agent architectures, multi-agent orchestration, memory systems, context layers, and end-to-end RAG pipelines with governance, security, and observability. Collaboration with data/ML engineers is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• Active Anthropic certification.
• Proven experience designing & deploying enterprise-grade AI solutions using agentic, generative and classical AI/ML across at least one cloud vendor.
• Hands-on experience in Python and LLM-driven architectures.
• Several years of hands-on experience as an ML architect in industry designing big data and large-scale analytical solutions.

Responsabilités

• Independently design, build, and deliver AI software components across the architecture end-to-end.
• Design and build AI agent architectures including multi-agent orchestration and memory systems.
• Evaluate design options balancing capability, cost, performance, and reliability.
• Architect and implement foundation model integrations (fine-tuning, RAG, custom integration).
• Design and build the AI context layer and memory components for grounded outputs.
• Build embedding, vector storage, and retrieval into end-to-end RAG pipelines.
• Develop governance, observability, and security controls for production readiness.
• Produce architecture artifacts (ADRs, blueprints, diagrams) to guide teams.
