AnywhereNow is hiring an AI Engineer to design, build and scale intelligent agents for enterprise environments. You will leverage Azure services, MCP architecture and Microsoft platforms to deliver production-ready solutions.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security, performance and governance while shaping the Agent Factory roadmap and backlog. The role emphasizes practical AI applications from concept to production in a fast-growing AI-first company.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on engineering experience building production-grade AI agents.
• Experience designing and delivering MCP servers or similar tool/memory architectures.
• Strong understanding of security, governance, and enterprise integration constraints.

Aufgaben

• Design, build and deploy AI agents that solve real customer problems.
• Develop MCP-based integrations with enterprise systems.
• Integrate with Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Microsoft Graph and other enterprise platforms.
• Define memory, context management and decision-making patterns for agents.
• Collaborate with Product, Eng, QA and AI leadership to ensure value and reliability.
• Take concepts through to production deployment with product thinking.
