You will shape the AI roadmap, build high-performing teams, and translate emerging AI technologies into practical business solutions that deliver measurable value.

Ideal candidates have a strong track record in Generative AI, LLMs, and multi-agent systems, with hands-on leadership in AI products, services, and advisement for clients.

Qualifications

• 12-18+ years in technology/AI leadership with enterprise-scale delivery.
• Proven experience leading AI strategy, architecture, and implementation.
• Strong knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, and Agentic AI.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the organisation's AI strategy and road map.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI across functions and client engagements.
• Lead enterprise AI adoption and digital transformation initiatives.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies, platforms, and frameworks.
• Establish AI development standards and best practices.
• Oversee scalable, secure AI solutions and production deployment.
