Job summary

Accenture UK & Ireland seeks a Forward Deployed AI Engineer to join our Reinvention Deployment Engineering group. You will embed with client teams to deploy and operationalize AI platforms, owning production outcomes from prototyping to scalable production.

You will translate complex architectures into measurable business value for senior client stakeholders and create reusable patterns for future engagements.

Qualifications

• Engineering experience with cloud-native APIs, microservices, containers, and serverless.
• Expertise in agentic solutions and orchestration for production use.
• Experience with AI platforms (OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI) and open-source models.
• Production deployment experience including CI/CD and IaC (Terraform, Helm).
• End-to-end delivery ownership in client-embedded environments.
• Ability to articulate business value of deployments to leadership.
• Experience presenting to senior client stakeholders (CTO, CFO, CISO).
• Open to non-linear career paths; deployment outcomes matter.

Responsibilities

• Embed directly with client engineering and business teams to deploy AI platforms.
• Own production outcomes end-to-end with time-to-value, reliability, and scalability.
• Move from ambiguous problem to production-ready system via rapid iterations.
• Design and govern AI architectures across identity, data, security, and workflows.
• Translate technical architecture into business impact for client leadership.
• Build reusable patterns and accelerators for client use after you leave.
• Lead design workshops, PoCs, architecture reviews with client teams.
• Codify patterns and delivery learnings across engagements.
